Fabric is precious. We've put together a few guidelines to help you care for your new purchase. It's a good idea to pre-wash any washable natural fibers that you will be washing in the future, as some shrinkage may occur.
We recommend pre-washing in the same way you intend to wash your future fabric creation including
drying. Wash light and bright colors separately, as some colors may run in their first few washes. Please note, these care tips are guidelines only and variations will apply to some fabrics. Special washing instructions will apply to some fabrics such as satins, sequined, beaded, coated or foiled fabrics as well as specialty weights/styles and delicate items. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate tocontact us.
Please follow the care & prewash guidelines as outlined below as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly.
Machine washable on a gentle/wool cycle using a wool detergent,
do not wring. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on cool setting or drip
dry in shade. Use iron on wool setting. Do not dry clean.
Dry-clean only or handwash at your own risk using a silk friendly
detergent. If hand washing, wash colors separately, do not wring,
drip dry in shade. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Use a warm iron
on silk setting.
Machine washable and bleachable if white. Wash colors
separately, do not twist/wring. Tumble dry on cool setting or dry
in shade to avoid fading. Use a hot/warm iron on cotton setting.
Linen / Hemp
Cool handwash or gentle machine wash. Wash colors separately,
do not twist/wring. Tumble dry on cool setting or dry in shade to
avoid fading. Use a warm/hot iron on linen setting. Dry cleanable.
Rayon / Viscose
Cool machine wash or hand wash. Wash colors separately, do not
twist/wring. Use a warm iron on reverse side. Dry cleanable.
Dry-clean only, use steam when pressing, brush wool to remove

Tencel / Lyocell
Cold machine wash, tumble dry on low temperature, cool iron, do

Laces / Jacquards
Dry-clean only. Please note some of these fabrics are delicate so
please be careful against rough surfaces and snagging.
Dry clean only. Do not spot clean. Never iron as ironing is likely to
crush or flatten the natural pile. A hand-held steamer can be used
to remove creasing. Alternatively, hang your fabric or garment in
a steamy bathroom as the steam may help relax any creasing. We
would recommend that you unpack your fabric upon arrival and
store it rolled, rather than folded. Velvet garments are best kept
handing. Avoid using clip hangers as these can bruise or mark the
Nylon / Polyester
Cold machine wash, do not bleach. Wash colors separately, do not
twist/wring. Tumble dry on low temperature. Use a cool iron.
Handwashing most ideal – use a mild detergent and never use
chlorine bleach. Do not wring fabric. If washing in the machine –
put in a mesh bag – delicate cycle. Stains – soak in cold water
with mild detergent, rub out stain (do not scrub). Odors – Take a
bucket of lukewarm water and a cup of bicarbonate of soda.
resoak in cool water mixed with ¼ cup scented water, then wash
on a delicate cycle hang dry. Drying – roll garment in a towel and
pat dry, then hang dry away from light and sun. Never iron or dry
or on tumble dry will remove fabric elasticity

- Before the package is shipped, we accept order cancelation. Once canceled, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- All return requests must be initiated within 5 business days after the delivery date.
- The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged: items that have been worn, items without tag, items washed without care according to caring instructions, items altered, damaged, teared and/or stained from use.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not offer freight to collect (FTC) service or refund of cost for packages to be returned to us, unless the item presents quality issues.
- Contact us immediately if you wish to return your item to receive our return address and return instructions.

Welcome to Essential Capsule Closet Program, a program through which you may purchase a Membership to receive frequent shipments of Products curated by a Personal Stylist based on your preferences (each, an "Essential Box").
Innovar Solutions, LLC (dba GraziAlley, "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates the Essential Capsule Closet Services. The term "Services" shall include, without limitation, use of the Essential Capsule Closet service (the " Essential Capsule Closet"), purchase of a Membership (as defined below), including purchase of the goods and/or services included therein (each, a “Product”), personal styling services and any additional goods or services GraziAlley provides for you via the Essential Capsule Closet Program service.
GraziAlley may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. GraziAlley may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all the Services.
GraziAlley reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Essential Capsule Closet Program Terms at any time by posting a notice on the GraziAlley website or by sending you a notice via email or postal mail. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Services by you following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the Essential Capsule Closet Program Terms as modified.
Account. To access the Services, you must create an "Account" (https://forms.microsoft.com/r/wRd08CgMj0) by providing your full name, email address, and phone number ("Account Credentials"), completing the Style Profile (https://forms.microsoft.com/r/TZ7uDLZfMU) and completing the checkout process (https://grazialley.com/shop/ols/products/the-essential-capsule-closet-box). Once you have created your Account, you will become an "Essential Member." You must be an Essential Member to receive Essential Boxes. You may not transfer or share your Account Credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all use of your Account Credentials and all activities that occur under or in connection with your Account. Without limiting any other rights we have, we reserve the right to take any and all action we deem necessary to ensure the security of the Services and your Account, including, without limitation, terminating your Account, changing your password, or requesting additional information to authorize transactions on your Account. You must be at least 18 years old to be an Essential Member, and to make a purchase. If we later discover or suspect that a person under 18 years old has made or attempted to make a purchase, we reserve the right to take steps to cancel that Membership. We reserve the right to cancel any account we deem suspicious for any reason.
Membership. As an Essential Member, you will automatically receive an Essential Box according to the frequency you chose ("Membership"). The Membership is a frequent, fee-based, automatically renewing service program. Until you cancel your Membership, the then-current recurring fee ("Deposit") will be automatically charged to the payment method associated with your Account, with the initial Deposit charged on the date you request your first Essential Box, and each subsequent Deposit charged periodically according to the frequency you have chosen, on each shipping day for the subsequent period. The first Essential Box for your Membership will first be scheduled for delivery on the Delivery Date you selected. Each subsequent Essentia Box will be delivered based on your selected preferred frequency, which is customizable in your Account. You can skip a Box or change your preferred Delivery Date by contacting us at Customerservices@grazialley.com. You can try on each Product in your Essential Box at the convenience of your own home and decide to keep all, some, or none of the Products. We will charge you for the ones you keep as described in the Deposit, Payment and Returns section below. Your Essential Box is usually assigned to be styled 20 days prior to Delivery Date. Once your Essential Box is assigned to a Personal Stylist, you will receive an email with the items selected to be shipped to you. You have 24 hours from the date and time of the email sent to you to opt for skip your Essential Box, change the items on your Essential Box, or cancel your Membership. Once your Essential Box is shipped 15 days after the email date, you may no longer cancel or pause the delivery of that Essential Box. You will not receive your next scheduled box until you complete checkout for your previous Essential Box, and ship back to us the Products you are returning.
Style Profile and Personal Stylist. As part of the Account creation process, GraziAlley will ask you to take our Style Quiz, which will ask you questions about yourself and your preferences, in order to establish your style profile ("Style Profile"). Once you are an Essential Member, we will assign you a Personal Stylist, who will curate your Essential Box for you each time. Your Style Profile helps your Personal Stylist determine what Products we send in your Box. Your Style Profile can be accessed at any time from your Account. In order to have the Services work best for you, please keep your Style Profile up to date. Your Style Profile is accessible from your Account, and you can update it anytime. You can contact Customer Service in case of any change needed in Style Profile in your account. In order to provide you with the highest level of styling services, GraziAlley may change your assigned Personal Stylist at any time. That change will be reflected in your Essential Box.
Deposit, Payment and Returns. In accordance with the Membership section above, we will charge the Deposit for your first Essential Box on the date you become an Essential Member. The Deposit is non-refundable. However, if you choose to keep Products included in your Essential Box, the Deposit can be credited towards the purchase price of those Products, OR can be used towards the purchase price of any products on our website at your discretion by requesting a credit in the same amount of the Deposit paid via email to email@example.com. The $39 Deposit credits expire 30 days from the date issued and are non-refundable. To purchase any Products in your Essential Box, you must communicate with us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org five (5) business days of the Delivery Date.
If you decide to return any Products in your Essential Box, simply place them in the same package we provided and mail them back to us at no cost to you. The $39 deposit for your Essential Box will be reimbursed to you only for the first two shipments. After the $39 deposit is no longer reimbursed, as you have the option to skip the box, change the items to be shipped, or cancel the Membership prior to the shipping date. To receive the Shipping tag for returns please contact us via email to email@example.com five (5) business days of the Delivery Date. The shipping fee for returns posted after five (5) business days from the Delivery Date will be paid by the Member. GraziAlley will not replace the shipping tag for returns if you lose the tag provided by email. ALL PRODUCTS YOU CHOOSE TO RETURN MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DATE OF DELIVERY ("Return Date"). We will assume you have chosen to purchase any Products in your Essential Box that you do not postmark back to us by the Return Date. If after ten (10) days you have not returned your Essential Box, we will charge you for the full value of your Essential Box. If we are unable to charge the full value of the box, we will attempt to collect a percentage of the order at a later time. By submitting your payment information to GraziAlley, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method for all unreturned Products in your Essential Box, including any applicable sales tax, at any time after the Return Date.
Ensure you follow the information provided inside the Essential Box with instructions to care for the fabrics of the clothes you have purchased. GraziAlley will not accept returns of Products that have been damaged due to lack of care.
Essential Capsule Closet Boxes returned after 30 days from the allotted (5) Business Day checkout period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns made after 30 days shall be refunded in store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Refunds and credits will be issued upon receipt of all eligible returns.
For any Product you return to us in damaged condition, we will charge you a 50% restocking fee. Products must be returned unworn and with all original tags attached. We cannot accommodate multiple returns for the same box. We may at any time decide to change the amount of the Deposit. When doing so we will give appropriate notice so that you may cancel your account if you do not wish to pay the altered fee for the service. By not cancelling your Account by the indicated date of the Deposit change, you authorize us to charge the updated Deposit.
Accurate Information. Any updates to your Account, including, without limitation, payment, shipping, and billing information, must be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to your scheduled Delivery Date in order for the updated details to apply to that Essential Box. If the payment information you have provided is incorrect or incomplete, or GraziAlley is unable to complete a transaction due to your error or omission, we will attempt to contact you and inform you of the problem. Failure to provide accurate and complete shipping and billing information may result in the delay or cancellation of your Membership or a particular Essential Box. You represent that you will not submit any credit card information or other payment method information unless you have all necessary authorization to do so. We will not be liable for the acts of parties who, with or without your permission, use your credit card or other payment method on the Services. However, you may report any unauthorized use to us by phone at +1 (409) 237-7370 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org we will use reasonable measures within our control to help prevent future unauthorized use of your payment method on the Services.
Promotions. GraziAlley may, from time to time in its sole discretion, offer certain promotions or Promotional Codes relating to the Services. Promotional Codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or toward previous purchases. There is no cash alternative. Promotional Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional discount, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. Any promotional program may be terminated or modified by GraziAlley at any time for any reason.
Termination. You may terminate your Membership at any time by contacting GraziAlley Customer Support via email to email@example.com. Termination will be granted so as long as all unwanted merchandise is returned, and all kept merchandise is paid for in accordance with the Deposit, Payment and Returns section above.
Happy customers are a priority for us, and our Essential Perks Program is designed to reward loyalty as well as encourage and thank our customers for referring to their friends. There are several ways to earn Essential Points:

To receive Essential Points, your friends must indicate in the field “Special Instructions” on their first your full name and make a purchase from their first Essential Box.
You’re automatically enrolled in the Essential Perks Program upon creating an account and styling profile, so you can start earning points immediately. Essential Perks Credit earned through conversion of Essential Points and from referrals does not expire.
